I spent the whole day yesterday at the BSN (Burnham Science Network) 2010 symposium. Though I knew about the famous Bahia Bell hotel, I had never been inside. Complete with hand carved pillars, a view of Mission Bay, and giant 1930’s style chandeliers, the ballroom was quite a trip. After the talks was a poster presentation, where yours truly presented some of his work.
Overall there was more interest than I had anticipated (which is a good sign) and I got some good feedback. We’re getting closer to publication, and the feedback will be helpful in the final presentation of our manuscript.
